Carrier service questions
What information is needed for a quote?
Origin and destination ZIP codes, commodity, dimensions, weight, ready date, delivery deadline, loading method, and special securement or access needs.
Is an online estimate a guaranteed rate?
No. A rate is confirmed only after dispatch reviews the complete shipment and issues a written rate confirmation.
Can you carry partial loads?
Yes, when deck length, weight, securement, route, and timing are compatible with the available equipment.
Do you provide shipment updates?
Yes. The starter service standard includes pickup confirmation, material ETA changes, and proof of delivery.
How is cargo insurance verified?
Current insurance evidence is provided directly to approved customers. Public records should also be checked before tendering freight.
Do you handle oversize freight?
Potential oversize shipments require a separate route, permit, escort, and equipment review before acceptance.
Still have a question?
Send a message to the dispatch team and include the shipment deadline if it is time-sensitive.
